Ce fut surtout la premi\u00e8re petite berline du g\u00e9ant am\u00e9ricain, qui plus est une traction avant. Il terminera sa carri\u00e8re aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de\u2026 Patrick Le Qu\u00e9ment ! Tous les deux signeront d\u2019ailleurs la surprenante premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de Ford Sierra en 1982. La Ford Fiesta arrive en 1976 sur le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais en compagnie de la nouvelle Renault 14 de Robert Broyer qui elle aussi fut con\u00e7ue avec la CAO et le syst\u00e8me Unisurf. Si la Renault pouvait compter sur des poneys dans sa premi\u00e8re campagne de publicit\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;la 7CV du bonheur&nbsp;\u00bb, la petite Ford, elle, \u00e9tait pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e par Roger Moore en personne !
